Where can I find, track, edit, or cancel a policy

  • Where can I find my policy?

    All your in force policies reside under the “Policies” tab in the Agent Dashboard. You can search for existing policies using the policy number, address or named insured for a quicker find. You can also filer them by effective or create date as well as a specific date range. To show all of the policies, please make sure to select "All Period" from the filter drop down menu.

     

  • How can I track the policy post-bind required actions?

     

    In the “Policies” tab in the Agent Dashboard you have columns showing the status for billing, inspection and document signature.
    In addition, when you drill into a policy you’ll find on the summary card an indication for each of these items. In cases where there are outstanding tasks, like an overdue inspection, a link will be available next to the overdue indication. You can send it to the insured. 

     

  • How can I make changes in the policy?

     

    You can easily submit endorsement requests for all endorsement types directly from the policy page! 

    Go to the "endorsement requests" section on each policy page, and easily submit your request by clicking on "New Endorsement Request" and populate the form with endorsement details.

    In some cases, these requests will be processed immediately!

    In other cases, your amendments will be sent for review, and you’ll be notified by email once they’re ready. 

    he status of the request can be tracked in the Endorsement Requests card.

  • How can I change the named insured in the policy?

     

    To do so please email to us at service@honeycombinsurance.com with the policy number and the reason for the named insured change. Please note that prior to endorsing, we may ask you to provide some documents (e.g Certificate of Amendment or Corporation Name Change Amendment).

     

  • How can I cancel the policy?

     

    You can cancel the policy at any time and receive a refund for the unerned portion of your premium. In order to do so, please send in an LPR to service@honeycombinsurance.com
